1.Heat Treatment：Bright Annealing/ Annealing and Pickling；Tubes Cleaning: Pickling or Ultrasonic cleaning with independent intellectual property rights to ensure stainless steel 316l pipe inside and outside cleanliness. Surface treatments: In accordance with customer requirements for internal and external polishing and Marking.

2.Inspections: Eddy Current testing,Ultrasonic Testing, Hydraulic testing,100% of Out side diameter/ Inside diameter and wall thickness inspections.Surface Roughness：Ra≤0.8μm，Tubes Hardness：HRB（<90HRB).

3.Packing：stainless steel 316l pipe to be individually sleeved with end cap, packed in ply-wooden cases.Standard Export Seaworthy Package.Suit for all kinds of transport,or as required.
